On tap at the brewpub on 6/22/07: Pours a hazy golden with a wispy white ring of head. Lightly wheaty lemon citrus aroma has a touch of bready yeast and clove. Body starts fairly full and lightly sweet, but thins and dries out toward the finish. Needs a little more body, but has the right yeasty character.

Cloudy straw color with a frothy white head. Plastic banana aroma with hints of malt wheat and cloves. Lightly silky. Wheaties flavors with a mild sourness. Tastes like a blend of 3/4 bavarian and 1/4 berliner weiss.

Served on draught at the Wisconsin Micro-brewers Beerfest in Chilton, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-hazy golden light amber brew with a thin white head that quickly dissipates to a thin white ring. Aroma of hefe style light multi-grain malt with wheat, some banana esters, cloves and a touch of cotton candy. Taste is medium bodied, some light carbonation with flavors of wheat malt with other crystal grains, some banana esters, yeast with a touch of lemon zest. Finish is semi-sweet with a fast disappearing banana and clove aftertaste.

Hazy yellow color with very little head (strange). Citrusy aroma with some wheat. Wheat is also the flavor of choice, as it should be. It comes across very light, even more so than a typical hefe. Not enough oomph to get it going though.

Draft at the brewpub. Poured a hazy yellow orange color. Head was thin and white. Not much nose other than a bit of banana. Banana made a second appearance in the flavor along with some citrus. There was also and odd smoky/meaty note, almost like bacon.

Sample @ Brewery. Banana and lemon fruit aroma. Hazy yellow body with white head and served with lemon. Medium bodied brew with mainly lemon as the flavor with some spicy bitterness. Not bad.

Very Cloudy Honey Coloring. Small White Head. Wheat, Citrus and Yeast Aroma. Aroma Came Out in Taste As Well.. Very Good Hefe. Possibly my Favorite Offering of the Sampler.
