May 25, 2005 Very, very slight hint of toffee, but I’m streching to smell it. Just not much coming off this glass. Dark amber-auburn color with a thin off-white head. Really thin caramel flavor with a metallic finish. Watery and kind of blah. It tasted better with food, but I still didn’t finish this one.

Apr 18, 2005 Murky brown color with no head. Sweet malt aroma with... bubblegum? Sweet malt shows up in the flavor as well with a thick syrup coating. A strange marzen, but it was at least moderately tasty.
