Jul 15, 2006 Updated: Jul 20, 2006Bottle. A yellow coloured pour with a small lasting head. A fruity, yeasty aroma. A spicy, alcoholic, hoppy taste with hints of banana and caramel/toffee. A nice hoppy bitter finish. Nice.

Jun 28, 2006 Bottle at De Berenbak, Antwerpen. Hazy, deep golden with a huge white head leaving nice lacework. Sweet malts aroma suppressed by spicy hops. Initial sweet flavours, nicely matched by good hoppiness with notes of oranges. Medium body and good carbonation. A great "hoogblond" beer.

Jun 14, 2006 Bottle. Clear yellow, heavy, sticky white foam lacing. Spicy, somewhat spoiled flavor, harsh brass and tinny/spicy/peppery yeast in the nose. Interesting, has a good dryness, but not a very good texture, too harsh.
