| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 17, 2005 Nicely-balanced strong bottle-conditioned Belgian blonde. It poured a gold colour with a big lasting white head that left some lace. Looks great. Citric hops in the intense, sweetish aroma. Lots of alcohol there too. Intense flavours. Surprisingly spritzy mouthfeel before the alcohol kicks in for a warm, lingering finish. Lots of juicy fruit on the tongue. Very rich but the alcohol is well integrated. I do not know what is it consisted in, but it has a rotten flavor that many can find gross, but I really like it, like celumen coloured. TinyClanger (40), West Sussex, West Sussex, England
