Small head, good lacing. Alot of oranges and yeast, too much yeast for my taste, this is defenitily a Duvel clone .

Pale golden body that had a slightly hazy clarity. Rocky white head that started off large and seemed to hang around for a while leaving good lacing on the way down. Citrus aroma mixed with orange, lime and cheese. Initial flavour started out light and stayed that way, lemon, soft spice and dried fruit was in there but couldn’t really notice the alcohol, easy drinking but not full bodied or anything. Just beware after the 3rd or 4th. Cheers!

Deep-gold; thick white head, but carbondioxide all knocked out on pouring. Dry nose, white candi-sugar, faint aromatic smell, remindful of grapes or sultanas, and alcohol. Sweet, malty taste, always alcoholic in character. Slightly spicey character, sweetness becomes liquorice-like. Dry, but not excessively. Lots of alcoholburn, finish is terribly sweet. It’s not bad - just the opposite of the idea ’refined’.

Esta cerveza no es lo que era. Sabor especiado y afrutado. Buen sabor. Era mucho mejor de lo que es.

Cookie and bread malt (M); earthy hops (L); fresh dough yeast (L). Medium golden body with a great, creamy, white head. Yeasty! Moderately sweet flavor becomes a lightly sweet, lightly bitter finish. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. The bottom line is: I quite frankly suprised by the low average here on RB. [thanks Harlequinn!]

This was wonderful, and I have been waiting for so long to try this one and it does not disappoint. Pours a grainey golden color, with aromas of honey, that match the appearace and follow through into the flavor. Effervescent mouthfeel, that toys with your tastebuds. Lots of sweet honey flavors, light fruits, apricots, peaches and pears, with light candi sugars and bubblegum. Overall this was very easy to drink and highly enjoyable. I wish I had another bottle. Thanks to CHOOS!
