(Bottled, BBE 20/09/08, Brewed by Sterkens for Roskilde Öl) Clear dark ruby with a medium, fluffy and tanned head. Slightly metallic aroma with roasted, sourish malt - somewhat oud bruin style. Caramely-malty, sweetish flavor with low bitterness, but not too much sweetness. Medium body, soft carbonation. A bit lame, but ok Xmas brew.

(on bottle) Dark amber, small, white head. Sweet aroma, red grapes and tobacco. Plesant, creamy mouh. Awfull label, just plain ugly. The malts hits in, with strawberries and blackcurrant, makes along with the alcohol a potent finish.

33cl bottle. Thanks Christian. Pours amber red with a creamy lasting head & lacings. Aroma is so sweeeet - vinous, caramel, bread & dak fruits. Smooth & ok palate. A lot like Du Bocq Christmas!

Dark amber with a lasting off-white head. Yeasty aroma, fruity, spicy and licorice. Sweet caramel malty flavour. Solid standard work.

Bottle. [thank you, ChristianScheffel]
[at dedollewaitor’s Odense tasting]
Pour redish brown with a fine, creamy and staying beige head. Aroma is sweet and spicy with some caramel. High carbonation. Flavour is good caramel, light chocolate and well-balanced spiciness. Good balance.
