Oct 15, 2009 It’s hazy, warm golden with a huge, white, creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of mash, wheat and light yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, mash, light yeast/spice and the finish is slightly dry. It’s one of the better alcohol-free weiss beers.

Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, vegetable, cardboard, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is light to moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20091003]

Oct 22, 2008 Biggish white shiny head. Deep yellow hazy body with carbonation. Chalky faintly bananaish aroma with rubbery notes. Dry watery rubbery papery taste with faint banana notes. Light acidity. Same aftertaste. Not a success: too watery and too empty. No real off tastes, though. (0.5l bottle, Thüringer Hof, Leipzig.)
