Maria (6056), Thisted, Denmark Oct 15, 2009 It’s hazy, warm golden with a huge, white, creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of mash, wheat and light yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, mash, light yeast/spice and the finish is slightly dry. It’s one of the better alcohol-free weiss beers. fonefan (10868), VestJylland, Denmark Oct 13, 2009 Bottle 50cl. Sweet yeasty aroma. Thin and watery, dominated by yeast, no real malt feel. Strange salinity. 031009 larsga (2937), Oslo, Norway Oct 22, 2008 Biggish white shiny head. Deep yellow hazy body with carbonation. Chalky faintly bananaish aroma with rubbery notes. Dry watery rubbery papery taste with faint banana notes. Light acidity. Same aftertaste. Not a success: too watery and too empty. No real off tastes, though. (0.5l bottle, Thüringer Hof, Leipzig.)
