Off white head that quickly diminished. Interesting sweet aroma of banana, fruit, and prunes. The flavor was sweet as well with fruits and raisins noted and a hint of spice. Smooth, light to medium body. Cletus (5057), Connecticut, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 7, 2005 Pours a bit lighter color than most dunkeweisses. This one was just a medium to deep amber and a modest head. Aroma had a bit of banana and a good amount of clove, with some bready malts such as munich and vienna. Could have used a bit more munich actually as it wasnt that complex in the flavor and was a bit watered down. somewhat of a dry finish- I liked the hefe better. gsmitty80 (646), Washington DC, USA

Light banana aroma with a bit of lemon. Flavor comes up short. Very light yeast with banana esters. I’ve had a lot better.
