Nov 23, 2004 Thick Head. Dark and wonderfull. Strong fig/date flavor. Very bitter sweet. Brown sugar after taste. Thick on the tounge. Nice beer.

Oct 24, 2004 Tastes & smells heavily malted. Overall it’s pretty smooth & drinkable. Doubt I’d by another one but am glad I tried it.

Oct 2, 2004 Mammoth sized tan head, good hang time and lacing. Hazy brown color. Light bananna/ clove nose, dusty. Med/light body. Hints of chocolate, bananna and yeast, all sorta thin though. Fairly dry finish.

Aug 19, 2004 Bottle. Pretty smooth, typical dunkel-weiss. This one is salty, banana esters and clove, with a slight hint of brown sugar. A little bit tart and sweet, but i didn’t mind it, wheaty finish, yeasty. No real complaints, definitely not over the top in any way, a nice brew.
