Pretty weak aroma of barley and carmel. Flavor is of sugary wheat and caramel. Kinda sweet. Not my favorite, but full bodied, flavorfull and no wimp. No lacing on the glass. What does that mean. You know. This beer contains hops extract, WTF! Pwn3d (1073), Manhattan, New York, USA

Pours a hazy orange-brown with an average size diminishing off-white head. Aroma has lots of caramel, light Euro hops (Fuggles or Goldings?), fruit and yeast. Malty flavour with caramel or toffee, fruit and yeast. Medium bodied. Very nice and better then I expected. (especially since I’ve had it before).

Dark copper body with a creamy white head. The aroma has some cherries, caramel, and light fluffy cocoa. Flavour is pretty watery with notes of light fruit and not much else. Weak body for the most part. Goodgrief (1152), Middletown, Delaware, USA

Strong aroma, smelled like banana bread. Flavor is wheaty and doughy with bananas and caramel. Nice leathery mouthfeel with perfect carbonation level. Probably my fav dunkle-weiss thus far. jerc (3936), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

(3+) Malty aroma with some interesting accents. Not quite fruity toasty malt (6+) Sweetish flavour with similar accents to the aroma that I can’t place, bit muddled. Average palate. Hazy ruby-orange with a small head. Aroma of malt, candy floss, and a bit of yeast. Thin body. Flavour is flat and watery - there’s some mild malt and a hint of tartness, but not much else. There are some good ratings for this below, so I suspect we might’ve been drinking from an old bottle.
