Pours a cloudy orange with about four fingers of stark white, slowly dissipating head. Lots of caramel and fruit in the odor. Very sweet flavor, with an aftertaste of banana. Interesting, not bad.

Bottle. Awesome pour! Very large white head, somewhat pearled in hue as well, while the body of the beer is a hazy golden. Stays with the beer quite nicely in fact. Aromas are predominantly wheat, and some banana as well. Initial taste is wheat, citrus and some spice, banana is noticeable in the finish.

Bottle from Liquor Outlet Wine Cellars- Label looks a bit different than the one here on RB. Hazy golden in color with a large off white head with excellent retention. Aroma is quite wheat driven, with spicy clove and reserved banana esters. Taste is fresh wheat, light citrus, more spice and clove than banana, medium chewy body from the wheat. Finishes with light lingering fruit and spices.

May 2007 - Very acidic, almost cider-like notes with way too much caramel. Cloudy dirty dishwater color. Light wheat base, overcarbonated and aforementioned astringent notes. Odd, but not in a good way.

A delicious and refreshing hefe. Aroma was a little weak. Slight banana and clove. Pour was a cloudy dense gold with a one finger white head. Taste was crisp and refreshing. Strong wheat and clove flavors with the banana coming out as it warms. The beer seems to thicken and get more chewy as it warms. Great for the summer.

Hazy yellow pour with no bubbles but a large white foamy head. Aroma of yeast and bananas. Sweet wheat taste, somewhat bready. Slightly bitter metallic finish. Not very interesting at all, mild and mellow. Nice body, full enough to get the flavor, and the carbonation is just enough to make it refreshing.
