(Bottle) Pours a hazy straw color with a copious white head. Aroma of clove, banana, light citrus, and wheat. Taste is similar, with an average mouthfeel. Moderately strong carbonation. This is a pretty good beer, but could have had a little bit more body to it.

Pours to a hazy yellow with an orange tint, and a medium, white head that lingered to mid glass and left decent lacing on the glass. Aroma was faint sweet cookie dough, clove and banana. The mouthfeel was a little thin but the flavor followed the scents found in the nose. Finish, though a tad stale, was still rewarding. This was good on a cool fall night, but would be much better on a warm summer day.

Served with orange slice. Straw colored and cloudy. Thick massive head that lingered forever. Cloying sweet aroma with very strong banana and hints of citrus. Flavor was the same. Not sure if citrus was result of orange slice. Very good beer. Always a good choice for a early afternoon side walk eatery drink while people watching. Light and refreshing.

A surprisingly sweet hefe. Initially bitter but then overwhelmed by sweet and wheat. Its drinkable, and we kept it as a "dessert beer". Near-cloying. Light colour and good foamy head. Neutral on the aroma.

Pours cloudy yellow with a good sized white head. Aroma is banana and clove. Flavor is banana, clove and bread like yeast and just a hint of lemon. A good example of the style.

Banana and clove aroma in equal proportions. Dingy gold color color with a huge creamy white head. It tastes bready, a little salty, with lemon and wheat grain notes. It really craps out into a cardboard finish.

Bottle at Mahar’s - It could be worse but luckily I can’t think of how right about now...
