Really nice weiss. Not quite in the upper eschelon of weisses... I mean, really good, but not like top of the line, but just below that, which is really, really good. Try this weiss.

Bottled. A hazy orange beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of bananas and oranges. The flavor is sweet malty with primary notes of malted wheat, leading to a dry wheaty end.

The armoa was heavily loaded with the scent of bananas.... it was quite exquisit. It poured from the bottle a dark golden color that was almost opaque! The taste was very citrusy with a slightly tart aftertaste. Medium body with a foamy/creamy finish. Overall I found this to be one of my favorite hefeweizens. I will be having many more of these.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a cloudy golden with a tall, dense, white head. Weak aroma of yeast. Light-bodied with vague notes of banana and citrus - and then nothing much more. A not too interesting Hefe. 120207

Bottled. Golden coloured. Unclear. Dense off white head. Yeast, berries, fruits sand sweetness is what comes to mind when drinking and smelling this beer. Is medium bodied. HAs some spicy notes as well. Quite balanced, but a little bland on the flavours. Has a citric and light yeasty end.

Tap. Pours a cloudy yellow with a large, billowy head aboard. Nose is bready with light banana. Flavor continues with light banana bread notes with a creamy, mouth-coating feel is it passes the taste buds. Very little citrus flavors and much more sweetness. A nice hefeweizen all in all.

Draught. Cloudy amber/sienna with a frothy white head. Big banana bread aroma with a touch of caramel. Off-sweet bready and cakey malts with some light brown sugar, banana, and lemon. Smooth and full bodied. Pretty satisfying overall.
