Cloudy gold with a huge, dense, rocky white head. Nose is yeaty, grainy, wheat, and light fruits. Flavor adds some biscuits and subtle spiciness. Medium, well carbonated palate. Nice for the summertime.

500 ml bottle.Pours a slight hazy amber with a small white head.Aromas of citrus,a hint of malt . You taste a crisp citrus with mellow yeast and malt.Fairly well balanced and although not at the top of my list I would like it again.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow beer, thick white head. Grat spicy clove aroma. A bit of banana. Wheaty spiciness with a bit of watery palate. Good flavour development. Nice wheaty malt flavour despite the thinness. Light banana, clove/apple and a bit of lemony citrus. Solid hefeweizen.

How can you not like a good hefe? This one had the typical banana and vanilla flavors. Most of the flavor was muted as were the aromas. There is a distinct bite at the end of each sip that is unusual for the genre. I am a little surprised by the high scores other raters have given it. I put it in the middle of its genre. It is a style that I prefer, but this one, while good, does not stand out.

On tap.... pour is nice and cloudy with yeasty floaties. Huge head and retention, with aromas of lemony citrus and some yeast. Definite citrus, lemon, and some clove flavors, with maybe a touch of banana. Has a crisp finish, and is great for summer! Goes very well with German food pairings, such as oxtail or schnitzel. Wonderfully recommended!

Citrus and bubblegum in the flavor. Small head. Gold in color. Above average hefe. I liked it a good deal.

Bottle sampled with Stegosaurus. Pours hazy gold with a large off-white head. Aroma of bananas, citrus, and spices. Flavor is bananas, citrus, spices, sweet, and very smooth. Great Hefe.
