Jun 16, 2005 Bottle from Peace St. Pours hazy dark gold with big, creamy head. Aroma of hopcit, yeast, cloves, apricot, horse blanket. Tastes hopcity, with some honey, wheat, yeast, cloves, and apricot. Medium palate with decent balance and complexity.

Jun 3, 2005 Pours a nice yellow with a good head. Flavor is a rush of wheat followed by a mixture of hops and light banana. Try it with or without lemon; it’s good either way. A quality Hefe.

May 29, 2005 Cloudy yellow presentation with a thin but creamy white head. Aroma was quite nice with orange, banana, and cloves. Good malty banana plus orange taste. The finish was a bit watery, but aside from that I enjoyed this wheat beer.

May 26, 2005 Light golden and very cloudy. Vigorous carbonation with a thick head. Yeasty aromas with sweet banana smell. Refreshing wheat blends well with the pale malts. Mild hop aftertaste, delicate sweetness.
