May 29, 2005 Cloudy yellow presentation with a thin but creamy white head. Aroma was quite nice with orange, banana, and cloves. Good malty banana plus orange taste. The finish was a bit watery, but aside from that I enjoyed this wheat beer.

May 26, 2005 Light golden and very cloudy. Vigorous carbonation with a thick head. Yeasty aromas with sweet banana smell. Refreshing wheat blends well with the pale malts. Mild hop aftertaste, delicate sweetness.

May 19, 2005 Hazy pale yellow with a whipped egg white head. Light and spicy hefe aroma with and emphasis on grain and CO2. More body than the appearace and aroma would suggest. Malty banana flavor with some citrus. Good lacing.

May 10, 2005 Pours a deep hazy gold with a huge, creamy, ivory head. Very lacy. Rich banana and light cloves in the nose. Sweet wheat malt aromas.
Taste is exactly like the smell. Rich banana and light cloves. Sweet wheat malt with just a hint of lemon. Lightly sticky and sweet but a bit thin. It’s damn good, if not for the watery mouthfeel, this might be one of my favorite hefes. But it’s still quite solid.

May 6, 2005 Not too bad for a wheat beer. It was not the best but definitely not the worst. I would, however, only recommend it if you really like wheat beers.

Apr 19, 2005 Updated: Dec 6, 2008[16 oz. bottle] Cloudy orange/copper color with a rather thick and puffy white head. Nice aroma of banana, cloves, spices and wheat. Rather mild flavor for a hefe. The beginning is sweetness of bananas and cloves with a smooth malt and wheat middle and not much of an aftertaste. Very crisp finish.

Apr 9, 2005 (1 from BOTW) I used a lemon wedge slightly squeezed at the bottom of the glass. A small head appeared while pouring that was full of the pleasing lemon aroma. I was mesmerized by the large amount of bubbles coming up from around the lemon wedge. This lasted for the entire 20+ minutes it took me to drink this enjoyable concoction. I’m really look forward to trying this one again.
