Feb 14, 2005 bottle. poured a nice hazy orange blossom honey color with a frothy white head that lasted okay but only lightly laced the glass...soft aroma of cut grass...initial bready, lemongrass, hay, honey, wheat flavor...thin palate but enjoyable...not highly hopped but good.

Feb 9, 2005 bottle-pours a nice orange hue with a huge fluffy white head. banana, and olive aroma which was not pleasant. flavors are tame for a hefe, consisting of lemongrass, banana esters, cinammon and clove. Slightly thin palate and the finish kinda fell apart. I got kinda bored with this one....

Jan 20, 2005 Poured a hazy, dark golden color with a nice, fluffy head. Detected clove and wheat. Nice, refreshing flavor with nuances of lemon and banana. Great tasting beer.

Jan 12, 2005 16oz. bottle: This poured a really hazy, darker golden color. There was a huge pile of fluffy white head on it. It seemed to rise up out of nowhere, as I was pouring it slowly. Some clove and wheat to the very pleasant aroma. There is a nice wheat flavor, with hints of lemon and banana. A little light in the body, but very tasty. An excellent beer!

Jan 9, 2005 Bottle from Beers of Europe. Poured expertly by me with a lovely big cream head, atop a banana hazed yellow pint. Delicious concrete/clove aroma. Excellent Weiss beer: creamy smooth feel, with a pastey vanilla and lemon flavour. Quite light, but the flavour holds all the way and even builds in the tasty finish and aftertaste. Fresh and light, but very flavoursome. One of the best wheat beers [full stop]

Jan 4, 2005 Medium cloudy yellow, good head. Aroma faintly of clove and bubblegum. Basic wheat flavor in the mouth, touch of lemon, a bit of clove, and that was about it. Nothing wrong here, but I prefer a bit more excitement in my hefes.

Dec 22, 2004 large white head and full yellow body. wheaty and light taste. not that impressive in taste or aroma. scents of wheat and tastes the same light and wheaty. a little sour in the taste though. not that impressed or jsut not a fan of hefe weiss.

Nov 23, 2004 A sweet beer. I really like this brand. So far I haven’t found a bad one. Light banana flavor with a hint of brown sugar richness. Wonderfull frowthy head and pours a cloudy yellow.
