Slightly thin palate and the finish kinda fell apart. I got kinda bored with this one.... | 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jan 12, 2005 16oz. bottle: This poured a really hazy, darker golden color. There was a huge pile of fluffy white head on it. It seemed to rise up out of nowhere, as I was pouring it slowly. Some clove and wheat to the very pleasant aroma. There is a nice wheat flavor, with hints of lemon and banana. A little light in the body, but very tasty. An excellent beer! DanielBrown (1919), Birmingham (via Leicester), West Midlands, England

Poured expertly by me with a lovely big cream head, atop a banana hazed yellow pint. Delicious concrete/clove aroma. Excellent Weiss beer: creamy smooth feel, with a pastey vanilla and lemon flavour. Quite light, but the flavour holds all the way and even builds in the tasty finish and aftertaste. Fresh and light, but very flavoursome. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 4, 2005 Medium cloudy yellow, good head. Aroma faintly of clove and bubblegum. Basic wheat flavor in the mouth, touch of lemon, a bit of clove, and that was about it. Nothing wrong here, but I prefer a bit more excitement in my hefes.
