Medium cloudy yellow, good head. Aroma faintly of clove and bubblegum. Basic wheat flavor in the mouth, touch of lemon, a bit of clove, and that was about it. Nothing wrong here, but I prefer a bit more excitement in my hefes.

large white head and full yellow body. wheaty and light taste. not that impressive in taste or aroma. scents of wheat and tastes the same light and wheaty. a little sour in the taste though. not that impressed or jsut not a fan of hefe weiss.

A sweet beer. I really like this brand. So far I haven’t found a bad one. Light banana flavor with a hint of brown sugar richness. Wonderfull frowthy head and pours a cloudy yellow.

2004 bottle. Pours a soft hay-yellow mildly hazy with a small white foam. Notes of peach, banana, clove and honey on the nose. Flavor starts out with plenty of bubble gum and light malt. A slight zestiness from the hops through the middle finishing on some light clove and banana. Not much yeast apparency here (which I think detracts from the style) and a bit of a stale, lightly metallic finish that is a touch watery.

This is great ... very sweet opening with flavoring of orange and pear, smooth transition to the wheat goodness. Plenty of long lasting flavoring, I do indeed taste banana bread and subtle citrus fruits. Really complex for how light this is, truly an enjoyable beer. Beginning to enjoy hefeweizens / weissbiers more and more!

This pours a hazy deep golden color with a foamy white head. The aroma is subtle, grassy with a citric snap. Taste - banana, apricot, a touch of sweet malt. Very clean finish. A refreshing kind of a drink.

Re-rate. Much better the 2nd time. Slightyly yeasty, plenty of banana and bubblegum flavors. Very drinkable. Good with and without a lemon although a lemon isn’t necessary to improve this one.
