Hazy dark yellow amber color. Huge frothy head. Aroma of citrus, though not as much as an Orange Julius. A good mix of spices as well. Another fine Hefe. Light and smooth.

Pours a tall white head on a hazy yellow greenish body. Typical hefeweizen aroma of yeast, citrus and banana. Wheaty and yeasty flavor, quite fruity and somewhat harsh. Notes of banana.

Cloudy golden color, medium sized white head that had a nice long hangtime then faded to a decent lace. The aroma was citrusy, yeasty with a nice mild hop presence some bannana and maybe a light spice.Nice fruity flavor of bannana and some bread like qualit as well with maybe a slight hint of spice. The hops come through decently with a nice semi sweet after taste.Very nice and easy drinking brew that fits right into summer time relaxing. Thanks go to Shadey for this fine brew.

Hazy amber colour. This is a weiss that places more emphasis on lemony citrus than estery banana. Apart from the citrus, there’s a smidgen of clove spice, a hint of yeast and a dab on vanilla, but nothing very assertive. Despite the relative lack of banana, this still had a sweetish feel to it. OK, and refreshing, but I found it on the dull side. 500ml bottle from beersofeurope.co.uk. BBE 14 August 2004.

Poured cloudy yellow with resilient head...smelled banana and malty...tasted a little spicy but quite a let down in the flavor department...finished spicy with very yeasty aftertaste...

Light yellow in color, with a large white head that won’t go away. Subtle clove scent. Good clove taste, a little citrus there as well. Nothing to get excited about, but good.

Poured a lovely golden colour, with an enormous white, long lasting head. Aroma is cloves and bubblegum. Taste is a great wheat then citrus combination with some banana in there as well. Crisp and refreshing and very drinkable. Excellent mouthfeel, smooth with slight fizz on the tongue. This has become an instant favourite, I urgently need to try the draught version!

Jeez, can’t remember much about this one (had 1 2 many), but it was a good hefe. Not a knockout, but it did finish nicely and had good, fresh, wheat/clove flavor.
