Cloudy light golden color with a big wispy white head. Nice malt/spice aroma. Intermittent clove, lemon, bananas and vanilla work the nose. Light feel. the light wheat and barley flavors of "grape nuts". Sweet wheat finish. The trouble with this one is finding a fresh bottle.

Huge head over CLOUDY weizen. Pale. Nose of banana and desert. The alcohol was present in the taste. Yet this was incredibly drinkable. Its bitterness increased through the end.

Starts off nicely with an excellent appearance. The body is cloudy and dark gold and it is topped off by a perfectly white dimpled white foam. Lively carbonation feeds the head and keeps it from fading. The aroma is strong, cloves and vanilla ride about a faint banana (I prefer my bubblegum/banana esters bigger than this, but this is still nice). The flavor is a bit of a let-down after the looks and smell. Good wheatiness, a nice little bit of ripe banana in the back end, but not a lot else going on. It's tasty, but I still prefer Schneider and a few others. Now, if we could just get American breweries to start doing this style justice.

This pours a dark golden color with a massive, big bubbled, white head. The nose is superb - kind of like a sweet pilsener smell. It has a sort of tingly, "juicy-fruit"-ish, peppery banana, dry, odd aftertaste at first. This beer has flavor but it is not overbearing. The carbonation could get old, and this beer just make you more thirsty.

My favorite Greman wheat beer! Pours with a huge, creamy head. Light cloudy wheat color, with a wonderful aroma. Scents of banana, clove, wheat, and yeast. Flavors follow suit. Outstanding!

Massive, creamy head. Light cloudy color with whisps of yeast. Silty mouthfeel and flavor of lemon, banana and pine. Rather dry finish.
