Nice effervescent pour, with a well-sustained, substantial head - fairly sweat aroma, with a lot of clove behind it, a little bit of spiciness/pepper, and faint yeastiness - not as sweet as the aroma suggest (at least up front), with a lot of dry clove, sage, floral notes - a bit spicy, which is a nice variation in a rather straightforward style - gets a little sweet near the end, and the wheat and yeasty notes one would expect come to the fore - overall, a very nice change of pace - this is a hefe I will reach for again.

Nose is banana (big shock) with some roasted sugar notes. Flavor is pleasant with a balance of flavor, not specifically banana juice or clove water, but missing the strong flavor of wheat. Quite sweet is all aspects.

Bottled. Poured hazy medium golden with a creamy, well-retained cap of white head. The aroma picked up toasted banana and cloves with white pepper and light fruit skin overtones.. sweet-ish overall and well-presented. The flavor had banana sweetness and light-skinned fruits at the core with spicy pepper and cloves around.. sweeter on the finish and quite tasty. Creamy feel on the palate with higher carbonation and a rolling flow.. drier spices around the edges giving a fine accent.. the finish was spicy and memorable. Very good stuff!

Bottle. Aroma is fruity and somewhat sweet. Body is yellow orange, hazy, with a white head. Flavorful blend of lemony tartness, with banana. Finishes sweet and refreshing. A quite good Weizen.

Bottle. Pours a nice golden color with an extremely large head, white in color. Aromas of bananas, fruit, and citrus. Nice light texture with a slick, yet creamy finish. Taste is very good for a Hefe and makes the style proud.
