Extremely weak aroma (a reoccurring theme w/ Jupiter beers) of bread. Virtually no head. Clear, bright yellow in appearance. A little acidic up front moving to a moderate bitterness lacking any significant hop notes. Watery w/ a lingering astringent finish.

Rating Note (on tap at bear’s lair, I think it is the Jupiter Pilsner)...Apperence is gold...flavor is not much to speak of, kind of like a spiced bud light...not a fan of this beer at all

I’m not much of a pils drinker, but the Jupiter Pils blew me away. Maybe it was just incredibly fresh. The maltiness and hop spiciness were exceptionally balanced while also very prominent. There were no undesirable flavors and it had an extremely clean, palate-cleansing finish. Too bad it’s all gone now - If I hadn’t been on my lunch break and it had been a little warmer out, I might have slammed a few more. Hopefully we’ll see this one again.

Average beer that was made better by the neat atmosphere of the brew pub.

Not much in the nose, a bit wet. This beer is cloudy! Not any Hallertau or Saaz in here it seems. Foul ball!!!
