| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 18, 2007 bottle poured an amber in color with a thick three finger head and great carbination. smell is malts, light hops, and a slight sweetness. on looks in the glass alone this beer is surprising for a dundees brew. taste is medium light in mouth feel, has a smooth malted flavor, and finishes with a light bitterness on the sides of the tongue. a little on the thin side as is expected, but for the price it is pretty good, best one from this brewer i have tried yet. Color is a nice brown with very good carbonation and a full head. Taste sweet and malty. Starting with a mild/medium body it goes down with a smooth fizzy feel. finish is a nice malty sweetness backed by a faint bitterness and hop flaover. its just not rich enough, but still a nice beer to drink. ratman197 (3206), Arvada, Colorado, USA
