| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Mar 8, 2008 Bottle (12oz). Clear mahogany pour, large tight foamy beige head. Sweet, mildly grassy aroma, reminds me corn syrup somehow. Taste - the caramel malt seems a little overly sugary - definitely tastes like Crown Brand corn syrup - some slightly burnt bitterness in the finish, wouldn’t call it hops though.. Watery syrupy mouthfeel - slightly harsh aftertaste, seems like burnt sugar water, actually. Neh. ilovedarkbeer (1367), Dallas, Texas, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Mar 7, 2008 Sample box split with BMan1113VR. Pours a copper color with no head. Nose is malty, metallic, bitter and of some sugar. Weak watery taste that is very bland and only consists of malt, metal, and a bit of bitterness. No real head, a nice clear copper body. Flavor is malt and water. Metallic and fizzy tasting. SuperDave70 (1158), Beautiful Sunny Mesa, Arizona, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Feb 20, 2008 Sweet, malty caramel aroma, slight floral hops also. Nice amber (DUH!) appearance, persistent white head. The taste has a caramel malt taste to it. Abrupt palate, with a very slight hop twinge. Not bad. Like all Dundee beers, definitely a good beer for the money.
