12 ounce bottle- poured out a deep, clear, amber color like tea. The head was marginally thick, but very long lasting, wheat colored. Aroma was hard to place, smoke, caramel, toffee? Taste was interesting, strong, bitter coffee with a real bite at the end. Palate was very smooth. Not bad, but not memorable, either.

Dark amber with a thick tan head. Spicy aroma of maple and cinnamon. A little too zesty for the summer but would make a good fall/winter beer which is when it was probably released.

Whoa Nelly let me tell ya bout tis beer, which surpirsed me by about 5 tenths of a point. The label is great. The pour is medium brown with a 2-finger off-white head. The aroma is caramel malt, brown sugar, maple syrup, oats, cinnamon. smooth and crisp and rather complex palate. This one is a keeper

I agree with BMan113VR Great deal at $5 a sixer... Color is a deep amber with a thin off white head. The aromas are old shoes and off wood. The flavor is not quite right they do not meld together very well. Very unbalanced but still a good deal. Cheers
