Cask at the Robin Hood, Sherwood, Nottingham. Like a lot of beers at this pub, this amber beer was fairly average. The aroma is bready which carries over to the flavour. It ends on a slightly sour note.

This was quite sweet and malty, but strong on hops, It reminded me of Spitfire, which is a good thing.

Cask conditioned at a Wetherspoons. Brown amber beer with soapy head. Dry malty bitter with an additional tea like hop note on the finish. The beer was listless and dull on drinking with a bready yeasty note on the finish.Quite boring.

Cask gravity at The George, Bethersden. Copper colour with thin white head. Grassy almost farmyard aroma. Earthy. Some caramel/hop/spice finish. Odd. Some juicy malt but a bit muddy overall
