A Mes rate: Cask at some random pub in Altrincham. Nothing out of the ordinary but served in tip top condition. Orange copper colour with a virtually solid white head leaving plenty of lace. Creamy aroma with some citric notes and icing sugar. Maybe some bubblegum too. Lovely creamy palate. Hoppy finish with slight dusty notes.

Cask conditioned at a Wetherspoons. Pale amber with white head. Poor thin beer badly kept with a certain amount of oxidation. Tart with a cereal background. Hints of hops in the finish saved it from a lower score.
