Commercial Description:
Cask; Seasonal July and August.
A light, golden thirst quenching beer with a tantalising, fruity aroma and refreshing hop finish. Pure sunshine in a glass.

Cask At Montefiore Arms, Ramsgate: Ok’ish summer ale. Little bit too sweet and cloying but still quite refreshing. Did actually make me thirstier than before I started though.

Cask conditioned - handpump - Newshouse - Nottingham. A pale gold coloured beer with a white head and lacing. The aroma ihas hints of toffee and diacetyl. These come through in the taste also. Any hop note is very light. Quite dull and disappointing.

Elgin, Scotland August 07 2005. Very light yellow with a nice head. The aroma has light notes of cheese and melon and the flavour is very mild, or rather thin-bodied. It has notes of melon and citrus. It’s uncomplicated, quenching - but a bit boring.

Cask handpump at the Hobgoblin, Cowley Rd, Oxford Sat 3rd June. I thought this was a really good summer beer, Golden in colour, aroma a touch sweet but some floral notes and a very decent taste much better than I expected to be honest, some hops some malt. my one criticism was that it was slightly over sweet but that didn’t spoil what was otherwise a corking beer.
