Feb 15, 2009 (bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a medium-sized, minimal tanned foamy head. Sweet, slightly milky and yeasty malty aroma with a tinge of biscuits and spicy hops. Sweet and even a bit sugary flavour, medium body with a smooth carbonation. Slightly yeasty and bready malty taste with notes of biscuits. Sweetish and faint bitter finish with bready notes in the aftertaste. Too sweet for my liking (21.I.09).

Feb 7, 2009 Bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck! Golden, a bit unclear, mid-sized lacy white head; sweet-grainy nose with some shy hops underneath; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; hoppy edges in the sweet-malty finish. Nice Märzen.......

Sep 22, 2008 bottle. Hazy (unfiltered) amber yellow, large white head. Malty nose. Full-bodied, pleasantly malty with some hints of caramel and roasetd malts. Very slightly fruity. Well-balanced, not too sweet - a good Märzen.
