Not much in aroma - caramel apples maybe? Fairly sweet flavor with a dry finish. Not bad for what it is. alari (30), London, Greater London, England

Pours golden yellow and clear. White creamy head. Cornish dry aroma. Flavour is soft malty, no real sweetness and with a cardboardish finish. Drinkable. | 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Sep 25, 2007 Gold and fizzy. Aroma is cornflakes/ wet dog/ rye bread. Cornflakes the dominant flavour, with sprinkled Ryvita/ wholemeal crackers. Not quite revolting once you overcome the initial shock of tasting it. Finishable. ilovedarkbeer (1367), Dallas, Texas, USA
| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 2/10 | 3/5 | 3/20 | Sep 8, 2007 Did not read carefully... SURPRISE its a NA beer. Pours an orange amber color with tons of carbonation and bubbles. Moderate sized white foamy head that is gone quicky. Smells like caramel and mushrooms. Tastes odd like wood and caramel and sauteed mushrooms. This is getting poured out. porterhouse (1163), Alna, Maine, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Sep 7, 2007 (Bottle) Weird-tasting...Pours pale gold, decent off-white head. Aroma has some bread, also sour lemon, and another odd organic note (someone else mentioned canned mushrooms, maybe that’s it). Mouthfeel light, a bit prickly, watery. Tastes oddly lemony and sour. Has a tang. Maybe some breadiness and the canned mushrooms. Just kind of strange. puboflyons (620), New Hampshire, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 1/5 | 9/20 | Sep 2, 2007 Considering this is a non-alcoholic beer, it really isn’t all that bad. Sure, it pours a thin amber-copper color with a small amount of head and just about no lacing. The aroma is faint of malts. Watered down like most non-alcoholic brews I have tried over the years. Yeah, there’s a dry aftertaste. But this is probably the best tasting non-alcohol brew out there.
In my area, fewer and fewer non-alcohol brews are being sold. One of the major grocery stores cleared out a bunch on their non-alcohol brews. I bought a six of this on clearance for $2.50! kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

amber, thin white head that’s easily renewed until the end, lots of tiny bubbles, light sweet carmel malt aroma, good malt flavor, touch of sweetness but well balanced by some earthy hops leaving it mostly dry with a light bitter finish, nice and balanced, easy drinking, but not a whole lot of character
