amber, thin white head that’s easily renewed until the end, lots of tiny bubbles, light sweet carmel malt aroma, good malt flavor, touch of sweetness but well balanced by some earthy hops leaving it mostly dry with a light bitter finish, nice and balanced, easy drinking, but not a whole lot of character

| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Aug 23, 2007 Pours a medium copper with a large head. Aroma is very grassy, funky malts. Flavor is sugary, malts gone bad, moss. Oh well. I needed this catagory to rate. Optigon (562), Bloomington, Indiana, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Aug 20, 2007 Pours orange with a big, fluffy white head. Smells mildly malty, metallic, with some corn aroma. Actually, it smells like canned mushrooms. Moderate mouthfeel. Watery flavor with a light hop bitterness and sweet malty backing. lb4lb (2011), Austin, Texas, USA
| 0.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 2/20 | Aug 4, 2007 Very pale clearish, orange amber color. Frothy white head that faded quickly. Oddly sweet malt smell. kind of plasticy bandaid-ish, medicinal sweetness. Tastes like a honey dipped band-aid. Strange, unnatural, and I would rather have a coke poured in a beer bottle if I wanted people to think I was drinking beer without drinking beer. Awful. I can’t believe the ratings are this high. I call bullshit if you rate this higher than and regular light beers. They may be watery, but this tastes terrible and completely off. patrick767 (2051), fort wayne, Indiana, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Jul 19, 2007 bottle - Pours clear yellow and very fizzy. It has a light roast molasses aroma. The flavor is sweet caramel malts and the body is on the thin side. It could use more flavor, but it has more than I expected from a a low alcohol brew. It’s not very good, but truth be told I was expecting worse. ekstedt (2452), Göteborg, Sweden
| 1.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 4/20 | Jul 5, 2007 Bottle, 33 cl. Clear yellow, medium fluffy white head. Aroma reminds me of sour dough, with some sticky sweet notes. Watery. Cybercat (822), Georgia, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/20 | Jul 3, 2007 This low-alcohol beer promises, but fails to deliver. Maybe because I am so used to fine imports and craft brews? Aroma is malty with a hint of sweetness. Color is a deep golden brown, so it at least looks like real beer. Flavor, however, leaves a lot to be desired. It scarcely tastes like beer - the flavor is thin and, though not nasty, barely mediocre. It feels watery, like a "light" beer. An "A" for effort, but unfortunately somehow the brewers removed the taste along with the alcohol. MadIndian (997), Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA
