Can, sold as Londis own-brand ’Premium’ lager. Smooth and fairly sweet with a tangy finish and a hint of citrus zest. Rather a bargain.

Can from Morrisons. A golden beer that pours with a very large dense head. Aromas are sweet malts, grain and light hops. Flavours are light grain with some dry hops. Quite sweet with fairly bitter hops on the finish. A bit too smooth on the palate for me. Pretty bland.

Can. Gold, excellent long lasting thick creamy head and moderate condition. Low sweet malt and delicate hop aromas. Soft and malty in the mouth with a slight saltiness. Finish has traces of hop bitterness and dry chalkiness. Surprisingly inoffensive.
