Bottle at Bier Circus: Awesome logo (picture shown here must be out of date). Pours cloudy amber with almost no head. Malty, spicy nose. Sharp taste with a malty front and lingering hops. Medium body and med. carb. Good beer, but I wish the ginseng flavor came through better.

Tap at Bier Circus, Brussels, Belgium on 13th Feb 2009. Pale gold, slightly cloudy with large, lasting white head. Complex aroma with delicate ginseng, liquorice and cinnamon notes in equal measure. Dry finish. Pleasant.

Bottled. A hazy light golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of dust, ginseng, and soap, while the flavor is sweet only with ginseng and soap flavors.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Hazy, pale golden with a tall and lively white head. Aroma of yeast and fruit. Medium-bodied, with earthy accents - elder flower? Somewhat herbal. The finish is dry with a vague, underlying tartness. 160408
