Light hazy yellow-golden color, off-white head. Aroma spice, caramel, fruits.
Medium body.
Taste bit sweet and spice, light bitter, malts, complex and good balance.

Quite complex with some spiciness. Very good balance. Unordinary flavour, which I liked this time. Seems like he has problems with the continuity. (8-3-8-4-16=3.9)
Bottled June 2005 Clear, blond body with a white frothy head. The aroma has some freshness (from hoppy aromas and spices) combined with sweetness from fine malts. Some mint too. Smells a bit like those medicines you ought to mix with warm water and then breathing the vapour leaving from that mixture. Bitter flavour, with some sweetness - rather unpleasant. Reminds me of pepermint that fizzes all over your head by every sip you take. Not my favorite style. (Bottle 33cl) Yves (423), Beerse, Belgium Apr 2, 2008 Little hazy blond coloured beer with diminishing white head. Hoppy aroma. Sparkling palate. Ending like the taste of nuts with some hoppy touches. Good one. Eyedrinkale (3105), Beer Town, New York, USA Apr 2, 2006 Zythos ’06. Yellow with a nice head and aromas of banana clove and caramel. Tastes like a tripel but it’s called a blonde ale by the brewer. Sweet with a mild hop bite in the finish.
