Sweet with some butterscotch and lively Grand Marnier-like taste of alcohol and oranges. Drying finish with some minerally bitterness. Elegant, yet with concentrated flavours. Papsoe (9980), Frederiksberg, Denmark May 15, 2005 Updated: Jul 2, 2005(Bottle 33 cl) Pilsener golden, slightly hazy with loads of impurities floating around. Tall, full, frothy and very white head - again unclean. Very dry with a sharp and rather unpleasant bitterness. And I understand the fellow ratebeerians who talk about a herbal or medicinal tang in this. The very varied ratings show that the brewer has a serious problem producing an even quality. Some Drink shops in the area told me, that they wouldn’t carry the beer because it was too much up and down from each batch. 120505 joergen (6240), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 1, 2007 Bottle at bier circus.
