thedm (3406), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA Jan 8, 2007 This bottled sake from a bottle shop was served cold room and hot. At cold, t poured a head of medium sized bubbles that were very quickly diminishing and left behind a transparent clear colored body. The mild vinous aroma was floral with plastic notes. The mouth feel was smooth from start to finish with a smooth mild vinous aftertaste. The flavor contained notes of clean mildly vinous floral and had a numbing effect on the roof of my mouth. A decent one but not one that I would consider buying again. At roomtemp it was best with a more vinous note emerging and was better without the warmth of being served hot/warm where it was more vinous and burned but seemed to loose flavor which was replaced by its warm vinousness.
