Rich brown, healthy beige head. Sweet, slightly burnt caramelly malt and dark fruit aromas - like plums and dates. Sweet sticky malty body, decently carbonated, but a touch alcoholic. Slightly yeasty, a bit nutty, and a good dose of burnt malts, definitely a bitter dark chocolate. Some marzipan too. Very tasty brew.

The flavour has sweetness and notes of roasted malt, candy sugar, caramel and the finish has a dry, spicy grapefruit like, light bitterness.

Jun 3, 2008 Botella. Clear deep brown. Medium bit beige head with a good lacing. Aroma of toasted malt, yeast and some dark fruit. The flavour has plenty of toasted malt, nice chocolate, caramel and a mild bitterness.
