Bottle from Morrisons. Aroma is wheaty, slightly grainy malts. Taste is similar, noteably grainy, however i find it hard to tell much differance between this and a normal hefe, but iv gone off hefe’s recently, so no suprise.

Authentic haze, foam and spritz. Stinks of rust, wholemeal, beans. Watery wholemeal and biscuity wheat with a tiny sliver of honey and banana. Best n/a ever? Almost tricked myself into believing I was drinking a beer.

500 ml bottle: after a 20km bike ride, I popped open one of these and damn if I didn’t actually enjoy it. Poured bright yellow with a thick pure white head. Very light yeast aroma with just a hint of banana. Fairly dry flavor with light lemony notes. Very thirst quenching and it went down smoothly and quickly.

Bottled at PBF. Cloudy pale golden, rich creamy head. Papery banana aroma. Sweet and fruity, fairly soft mouthfeel. Mild vanilla and banana. The body feels a bit like a baloon, sort of filled with a huge void. Still a reasonably refreshing non alcoholic weizen.

Bottle. Acidic, bready, wheaty aroma. Cloudy orange colour, stable, creamy white head. The flavour is citric and wheaty, no banana. Good mouthfeel. A bit watery, but OK for an Alkofrei.

50cl bottle from Morrisons, Derby. Cloudy amber with a thick billowing white head; yeasty aroma with some esters; rather watery, with biscuit flavours and a dry finish with some ester. Very good for an N/A.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a hazy orangey golden with a nice, white head. VAgue aroma of typical wheat esters. Very light, somewhat watery body but still manages to leave an impression of being a fairly straight Hefe. 110606

Bottle, from Morrisons in Grimsby. Hazy gold fluffy but shortlived white head and low condition. Thin and tinny nose with a hint of stale malt, ester and yeast, again thin in the mouth with some chalkiness that leaves the mouth dry and a hint of tangy citrus, Short thin chalky dry finish.
