Jan 25, 2008 Bottle. Pours a golden color with a longlasting white head. Arpma of wheat and bananas with some hints of citrus. Sweet malty banana flavor with some hints of yeast and citrus. Has a sweet malty wheat finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Jan 21, 2008 A surprise find in Mexico. Bottle. Nice thick creamy white head on gold. Very carbonated. Many tiny bubbles. Bigger head than expected. Light soft lemon, banana and yeast nose. Good mouth feel. Light lemon zest and a bit of powdery yeast. Not sure if it was the comparison to Mexican lagers or if this is really my favourite of a hard style for me.

Dec 16, 2007 Warm golden, filtered with a nice head. Both aroma and flavour are typical weiss bier with the notes of wheat, banana and other fruits. The flavour has sweetness and a hint of caramel as well. The finish is dry/slight hoppy bitter.

Oct 28, 2007 Medium white head. Hazy opaque yellow body. Light mealy yeasty chalky banana aroma. Dry chalky milky citric banana taste. Dry mild citric aftertaste. It’s OK, but somewhat watery and boring. (0.25l draft at Mulligan’s, Milan.)
