Many tiny bubbles. Bigger head than expected. Light soft lemon, banana and yeast nose. Good mouth feel. Light lemon zest and a bit of powdery yeast. Aroma: Straw, dusty dried grass, notes of floral hop and sour pie cherry.
Flavor: Sweet and sour cherry with grilled pear (which showed up later), yeast and roasted grain appear on the mid-palate and follow through on the finish.
Palate: Fine balance and integration of bittering hops and malt.
