Bottle: Dough, banana, vanilla aroma, taste is simple but full of malts, fruits, sweetness. Nice long lasting head.

A surprise find in Mexico. Bottle. Nice thick creamy white head on gold. Very carbonated. Many tiny bubbles. Bigger head than expected. Light soft lemon, banana and yeast nose. Good mouth feel. Light lemon zest and a bit of powdery yeast. Not sure if it was the comparison to Mexican lagers or if this is really my favourite of a hard style for me.

Very nice example of the style. Fresh, a bit acid taste from the start. A big enough body with good hops rounding it off.

Appearance: Dark copper/brownish yellow with moderately long-lasting head. Aroma: Straw, dusty dried grass, notes of floral hop and sour pie cherry. Flavor: Sweet and sour cherry with grilled pear (which showed up later), yeast and roasted grain appear on the mid-palate and follow through on the finish. Palate: Fine balance and integration of bittering hops and malt. Comment: A good, dry food beer. Sour aroma and flavor adds interest.

Tasted at the San Diego International Beer Festival. Clear light yellow with a fizzy white head and a banana bread aroma and taste. Decent.

The bottle looks good. The beer in the glass also. And it is really delicious. Fresh and zippy, really a good beer.

Bottled. Golden colour. Maybe not as clear as a pilsner , but not really cloudy. Medium, foamy lasting head. Bananaey, yeasty, slightly citric aroma. Bananaey, yeasty, somewhat citric, slightly tart taste. Spicy. Mediumbodied. A good kristallweizen.

Deep golden beer, white head. Medium complex aroma with wheat, yeast and a little banana. Some underlying malty sweetness. Good carbonation and yet a creamy mouthfeel. Overall very drinkable.
