Alround rating: Malty, light wheat character, very light body, sort of sharp tangyness lemon perhaps. Very easy going and very nice. johndoughty (2159), cheslyn hay, West Midlands, England
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | May 4, 2008 I usually avoid light beers like the plague
but this turned out to be quite an interesting experience. The usual cloudy appearance is still off putting although I know it goes with the beer. Gentle wheatiness with a very reasonable body considering its low strength.Plenty of depth and an all round decent wheat beer. shrubber85 (2932), Wallhalben, Germany
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 15, 2008 Bottle. Wheat malt aroma with hint of banana. Cloudy orange amber color with small head. Wheat malt flavor - a hint of banana and clove but not much. Moderate carbonation. For a light Weizen, this is very good - it’s actually better than many regular Hefes. TBone (6801), Pori, Finland

Orange hazy color, big beautiful white head. Rubber glove aroma. Smooth palate, fruity. Drier than German hefeweizens normally. Low alcohol is not noticiable, not at all: refreshing summer beer! maeib (4740), Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, England
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | May 9, 2008 Bottled. A hazy golden coloured beer with a large lasting pure white head. The aroma has banana and clove, and the taste banana esters. Wheaty and only slightly less flavoursome than a 5% hefe. A touch of paper, but reasonably decent - and 50pence! Bargain! | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 4, 2008 Bottle from Morrissons, Tewksbury, 02-04-08 had this same evening Fairly standard middle ofn the road wheat beer other than it’s a bit weaker than many. Some wheat on nose but otherwise little else. Tastes quite safe, some yeastiness and light fruit but little else. Its fine and for such a low abv not bad. beervis (223), People’s Republic of Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, England
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 9, 2008 Bought in error, 50p from Morrisons. As a low abv beer this is great - quenching, wheaty and yeasty, hint of banana. thin body and a general lack of esters give away its ’light’ category but still has a lot more bite than, say, Peeterman Artois. Drinkable, and decent as a low alcohol though not a decent hefe. Ideal for hot summer days when you don’t want any great taste sensations. Liked it as a refreshing drink :)
