Commercial Description:
The most refreshing beer in the world. Malted wheat and special yeast give Kapuziner Weissbier its light touch and distinctive taste - a yeasty tang offset by a solid malt body and a delightful tropical fruitiness. Unfiltered yeast lends a hazy, seductive look.

Bottle from Sainsburys, Kidlington, Oxon, consumed 13-04-08 Purs a cloudy amber with white fluffy head. Aroma does have some cloves and banana but not as much as I expected, there was some other spice but not sure what it was, tasted ok.

Cloudy and unfiltered with a huge almost white head. Aroma of yeast and fruity esters. Flavor is clove and some banana. However, this is not a beer with a big flavor. As a hefe head I enjoyed this one but wish it offered more aroma and flavor.

500ml bottle from Morrisons, Derby. Cloudy orange colour with a thick loose white head; intense sweet clove aroma; banana milkshake flavour - with the powdery Nesquik feel rather than real fruit; redeemed by a finish that’s dry, bitter and warming.

Medium hazy gold, decent head. Aroma banana, faint clove, grainy wheat. Flavor matches, with a very faint tartness on the finish. Nice.

Bottle. Slightly cloudy and poured with a very large head. Some sweetness and traces of wheat as you would expect. All round quite pleasant but it does turn into a slightly dull drink after a while.

bottle - Pours hazy yellow with a one finger white head. It has an aroma of wheat, banana, and yeast. The flavor is lightly sweet with some nice citrus and banana notes. Light and refreshing, but still flavorful, this hefeweizen is very nice.

Pours a hazy light brown with a big off white head. Aroma is slighty fruity and yeasty with some slight banana and spice. Taste is wheat malt, bannana and spice, a nice hefe!
