Commercial Description:
The most refreshing beer in the world. Malted wheat and special yeast give Kapuziner Weissbier its light touch and distinctive taste - a yeasty tang offset by a solid malt body and a delightful tropical fruitiness. Unfiltered yeast lends a hazy, seductive look.

Draught @ the James Joyce, Firenze. Pours cloudy yellow with decent head that lasts. Spicy weissbier aroma of yeast, clove and banana. Similar on the palate, if a little laden and lacking zest. Not bad overall.

I believe I had this on tap at the Bier Stube, or possibly from the bottle, not sure - either way, I wasn’t a big fan, and I usually love weiss beers!

Decent, if not great. A spicy weisse with orange peel flavor in the front. Missing the wheat. Nice when very cold.

la Kapuziner è stata una delle mie prime Waisse.dal colore dorato,e con una schima tra le più belle, compatta e persistente.nel retrogusto si sente molto il sapore di banana, che accompagna tutta la bevuta.

Tap at Bier Stein. Hazy yellow pour with big, fluffy white head. Aroma heavy on yeast, some light clove, maybe some pepper and banana. Flavor is incredibly yeasty with some clove and pepper. Mouthfeel pretty thin. Hardly the most refreshing beer in the world, but it did hit the spot on a hot day like today.

Pours an off-white with legs and a cloudy, murky, golden body. Smells of yeast and clove. Flavor is yeast, clove, some wheat. Needs more wheat flavor. Good body.
