Sep 10, 2009 Draught @ the James Joyce, Firenze. Pours cloudy yellow with decent head that lasts. Spicy weissbier aroma of yeast, clove and banana. Similar on the palate, if a little laden and lacking zest. Not bad overall.

Jul 16, 2009 (bottle) pours a hazy golden amber colour with a frothy white head. aroma of wheat, with light notes of clove and fruit. flavour is distinctly spicy, with a touch of roasted malts and a grainy finish. medium body with lively carbonation.

Jul 15, 2009 Tap at Bier Stein. Hazy yellow pour with big, fluffy white head. Aroma heavy on yeast, some light clove, maybe some pepper and banana. Flavor is incredibly yeasty with some clove and pepper. Mouthfeel pretty thin. Hardly the most refreshing beer in the world, but it did hit the spot on a hot day like today.
