Commercial Description:
The most refreshing beer in the world. Malted wheat and special yeast give Kapuziner Weissbier its light touch and distinctive taste - a yeasty tang offset by a solid malt body and a delightful tropical fruitiness. Unfiltered yeast lends a hazy, seductive look.

Hazy honey gold hue, with a frothy white head, yeasty bananaish fruity nose, with some wheat malt notes, ripe apples, pears fruitiness, hint of spiciness in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, fruity, wheat malt character, of ripe apples, bananas, pears fruitiness, spicy cinnamon note, hint of clove, rounded mouthfeel, leading towards a wheaty, mild hop bittering finish.

2,5 months after bbf date Very characteristic hefe look and aroma. Hazy golden with a foamy white head and a strong wheaty and yeasty/ sweetfruity aroma. Flavor is of course wheat sweet, but also lemon like sour, more sour than im used to from a hefe. But overall a solid brew.

Bottle. Weissbier mit Feiner Hefe. Hazy golden with a nice big mostly lasting foamy white head. Aroma of yeast, banana and citrus. Flavour of citrus and sweet banana with yeast and some bready maltiness. Citrus yeasty finish.

Bottle on sale at HalfTime Beverage. Poured a cloudy effervescent golden with a large frothy white head. Aroma of sweet toffee, banana, butterscotch, and a bit of bubble gum. Flavor is rather light and a little bland, with notes of banana, toffee, a bit of hop grassiness. Finishes lightly dry and rather flavorlessly. Decent enough with no major flaws, but could stand to be crisper with a richer flavor.

Poured from bottle. Cloudy golden orange color, nice foamy head that lasted a bit, no lacing that I could see...The aroma was very nice, citrus and bananas...The flavor was extremly mild and a tad disappointing for me. Very drinkable beer, all and all, but not one single flavor jumped out at me on this one. A bit of a let down, really...

Pours a golden orange with a two finger head that leaves behind a thick coating of lace. I really like the appearance of Hefe-Weizens Smell; bits of orange peel, ripe bananas, cloves with a very solid caramel malt presence. Taste; sweet honey like flavor upfront, followed by oranges bananas and cloves. There’s a nice bread dough and caramel malt backbone, with just some hints of black pepper. Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied, and very drinkable.
