Commercial Description:
The most refreshing beer in the world. Malted wheat and special yeast give Kapuziner Weissbier its light touch and distinctive taste - a yeasty tang offset by a solid malt body and a delightful tropical fruitiness. Unfiltered yeast lends a hazy, seductive look.

Hazy amber with a frothy white head. Big notes of wheat and yeast in the nose. Medium body. The flavor is rather one dimensional but went great with lemonade as a radler.

Smells like bananas a little bit - looks cloudy like a hefe should. Taste is much too wheaty for me with a little bit of fruit. It makes my stomach contract. Not good.

Decent. Bottle, poured with almost no head, aroma of sweets and citrus, flavour was of malt.

Bottle (Utobeer): Darker hazy gold with a large lasting fluffy white head. Sweetish biscuity malts, mild spicy cinnamon and clove. Some banana notes. Smooth tasty body. Good stuff.

In the 0.5 L bottle at the Huber Haus Weissbier tasting 4/11/6. A beautiful beer. Cloudy dark gold with a big ivory head. Aroma yeasty and doughy with a nice fruitiness. Flavor is sweet with clove and fruit tastes. Has a good thick palate.

Bottled. Light hazy yellow. Head is pretty poor considering the style. Lovely fruity aroma, almost exotic, along with phenols. Big on Co2, wonderful exotic fruity esters with a light phenolic touch in flavour. Vanilla is also there. Very yummy. Big body.

A nice, refreshing hefe-weizen. The color is a cloudy maple. The beer has a bit of a banana taste and smell. This is a smooth beer which is great to drink all the time, but particularly on a nice day.
