Smells bready, yeasty, bit citrusy. Hits with a lot of banana, bread, bit of caramel, spicy finish. Soft and luxurious at first but a bit astringent and stinging at the finish. German wheat through and through. j12601 (1319), Poughkeepsie, New York, USA

Small creamy white head vanishes almost immediately. Sweet wheat with clove and banana on the nose. Very low carbonation in a somewhat thin mouthfeel with a light clean finish. Pretty solid overall, but a little lighter body wise than I would like. NoiZe (1372), Mooi Zeist, Netherlands

Refreshing sour and sweet aroma with bubblegum, a touch of clove, and a corriander note. Cloudy, light orange-brown wwith a lasting, white, flanel blanket. Sweet clove bubblegum estery flavour with yeast and some wheat sourness. Very low bitterness. Medium body, moderate carbonation, sweet finish. imdownthepub (5171), Banbury, Oxfordshire, England

As Weissbiers go, this is one of the better versions and that is because of subtlety, restrained spiciness even though there is the banana, esther, clove notes there. Yeasty with a baked bread character in a wheaty body. Quite reasonable.
