S: Very nice aroma of wheat, yeast, and citrus fruit. Nothing in the aroma is overpowering, yet still present enough to be present with every sip.
T: This is a great-tasting hefeweizen... smooth and refreshing with yeast and wheat, and lots of orange. Some spices are present (especially pepper). Excellent!
M: Medium-bodied and creamy, with average carbonation.
D: I think maybe the best hefeweizen I’ve ever had. I could drink it all night. blutt59 (2146), Dallas, Texas, USA

A deep orange colored wheat beer with a very tall, fine, foamy white head. Very cloudy. It has a very malty, biscuit like aroma, with just a touch of bananas, much less than usual, and spices. The overwhelming aroma is of wheat malt, though. Light body and carbonation, and a sour taste predominates. There is plenty of wheat malt in the flavor, though. It has an almost citrus like flavor. The finish is actually quite dry and bitter, a little bit sour. It is a pretty good beer, with an interesting balance, but not quite as good as the average Bavarian weizen. It is much thinner, and has a lot less body.
