Bottled. Cloudy cupreous pour with a short-lived pillowy white head. Very strong typical aroma of wheat and banana. It’s taste is the liquid form of its musk, though a little fruitier - has some green apple. Looks carbonated but doesn’t taste it, the initial mouthfeel is instead marked by a divine creaminess, though it could be a little thicker. Thin, citrusy finish. Had to force myself to slow down, extremely drinkable. Pretty cool label, have to admit. Overall, a simple, above-average Weizen.

(bottle) Hazy and pale amber colour with a fluffy but diminishing off-white foam. Sweet malty nose strong banana esters and cloves. Sweet malty taste, light to medium bodied, lively carbonated, banana fruity, rather dry clovy finish, which is more tart than bitter. Decent and pretty drinkable.

Hazy deep golden colour with a big dense off white head. Sweet fruity aroma, lots of banana and with a light caramel note. Sweet flavor, again some caramel and a faint fruityness. Light spicy finish.

Bottled. Hazy, orange with small quickly disappearing off-white head. Heavy banana aroma, with hints of citrus and spices. Lots of banana in flavor too, along with dried fruits and some yeast. Medium body and tart finish. (051228)

Bottle: hazy, yellow to orangey coloured, mid-sized head, quite quickly diminishing; quite fruity nose: mainly bananas with a tinge of citrus, cloves detectable, but not too dominant; rather sweet flavour; sweet-fruity finish, a bit tart in the end: Drinkable, but a bit too much on the sweet side, not a real thirst-quencher..............

Bottled. Yellowish golden hazy colour with big head. Typical weissbier nose, and not too sweet flavour. Pleasantly mixed wheat, malts yeast etc.

Medium white head, deep orange-brown hazy body. Deep malty aroma with notes of banana and other fruits (dates?). Taste also has lots of banana, with other fruits thrown in, possibly some raisin, definitely some apple. Nice malts throughout. Aftertaste is faintly bitter, like grapefruit. Very nice, although not very Christmasy by Norwegian standards.
