Dark yellow color, medium fizz. A nearly tenebrous yellow, singed. Compact and adherent head, discreet persistence. Alcoholic and slightly herbaceous scent with notes of dried cereals and straw. Medium prickly taste, alcoholic, balanced and lightly watery.
